1. Using the service

• You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate information when signing up
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account
• Do not use the app for unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or spam purposes

2. User content

You own the content you post (clubs, sessions, messages, photos) and grant us a license to display it within the app to provide the service. Do not post content that infringes others' rights or breaks the law. We may remove inappropriate content.

3. Clubs, sessions, and meetups

Burnbuddi only connects players — we do not organize the activities and are not responsible for costs, safety, injuries, or disputes arising from real-world meetups or activities. Use your own judgment when meeting others.

4. Payments (if any)

Some features (such as coach profiles or sponsorship/ads) may be paid. Terms and prices are shown before you pay.

5. Account termination

You may delete your account anytime via Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the service will be error-free or always available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will update the effective date above. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
