เราไม่ขายข้อมูลของคุณ เราใช้ผู้ให้บริการต่อไปนี้เพื่อให้แอปทำงาน:
ข้อมูลบางส่วน (เช่น ชื่อที่แสดง, รูปโปรไฟล์, ระดับฝีมือ, ข้อความแชทในรอบ) จะปรากฏต่อผู้ใช้อื่นในก๊วน/รอบที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ข้อความแชทเป็นแบบกึ่งสาธารณะ และไม่ได้เข้ารหัสแบบ end-to-end: ข้อความในแต่ละรอบสามารถถูกเห็นได้โดยผู้ที่เปิดดูรอบนั้น รวมถึงผู้ที่ยังไม่ได้เข้าร่วม/กำลังพิจารณาเข้าคิว (เหมือนการตะโกนคุยในที่สาธารณะ) — กรุณาอย่าส่งข้อมูลส่วนตัวหรือความลับในแชท นอกจากนี้ ทีมงานสามารถเข้าถึงและตรวจสอบข้อความได้ รวมถึงการใช้ระบบอัตโนมัติและ AI เพื่อความปลอดภัย ตรวจจับการละเมิดกติกา สแปม หรือกิจกรรมที่ผิดปกติ
เราเก็บข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการ ข้อความแชทของแต่ละรอบจะถูกปิดการส่งใหม่โดยอัตโนมัติหลังจบรอบ แต่ข้อความที่เคยส่งอาจถูกเก็บรักษาไว้เพื่อความปลอดภัยและการตรวจสอบ (รวมถึงการตรวจด้วยระบบอัตโนมัติ/AI) เราใช้มาตรการตามสมควรเพื่อปกป้องข้อมูล แต่ไม่มีระบบใดปลอดภัย 100% และข้อความแชทไม่ได้เข้ารหัสแบบ end-to-end
คุณสามารถแก้ไขข้อมูลโปรไฟล์ได้ในแอป และ ลบบัญชีพร้อมข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องได้ ผ่านเมนู ตั้งค่า → ลบบัญชี หรือส่งคำขอมาที่ support@burnbuddi.app เราจะดำเนินการลบภายในเวลาอันสมควร
แอปนี้ไม่ได้มุ่งให้บริการแก่เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี

Burnbuddi helps you find sports groups, open play sessions, and chat with nearby players. We collect: phone number (for sign-in), display name/username, optional profile photo, gender, skill rank, bio; while-in-use location to show nearby sessions; photos you choose for profile/club logos; content you create (clubs, sessions, in-session chat, +1 requests, bookmarks); name, email, and an account identifier if you sign in with Google or Apple; and push notification tokens.
We use this data to operate the service, show nearby sessions, send notifications, and keep the app safe. We do not sell your data. We use Google Firebase (auth, database, storage, functions, messaging), Google Maps, and Apple (Sign in with Apple, iOS only) as processors. Some data (name, photo, rank, chat messages) is visible to other members of relevant clubs/sessions. In-session chat is semi-public and NOT end-to-end encrypted — messages can be seen by anyone viewing that session, including people who have not joined yet / are considering the queue, so do not share private or sensitive information in chat. Our team may access and review messages, including via automated systems and AI, to keep the service safe and detect abuse, spam, or unusual activity; messages may be retained for safety/moderation even after a session's chat closes.
You can edit your profile in-app and delete your account and associated data via Settings → Delete Account, or by emailing support@burnbuddi.app. The app is not directed to children under 13. Contact: support@burnbuddi.app.
